What to expect on your Journey

Apart from our group retreat, all of our courses are run online. This means we can work with you wherever you are in the world. It also means we can work at times that are convenient for you. You can expect different courses to require different time commitments. Each course is divided into ‘sessions’ and each session has a clear focus and outcome. By building our courses like this it gives us time to deliver the content and enough space for you then to consider it, and implement action plans, before feeding back at the start of the next session.

So what can you expect to cover & how are our courses put together?


Develop a deeper sense of self

Developing a deeper sense of self has a huge impact on every aspect of our lives. Knowing our thinking preferences, our emotional balance, and what provides us with or depletes our energy are just some of the areas we explore in this programme. Understanding one self also help us understand how others perceive us and explains why others sometimes know us better than we know ourselves. This course is 3 – 4 hours long, split into three sessions. An online questionnaire, a live online workshop, and a 1 hour coaching call.

Nutritional Advice and support

Throughout your journey you will regularly explore the value of nutrition and the contribution it makes to your overall wellbeing. We will explore the impact that different foods have on some of the key parameters of well-being, not just focussing on weight, but on the benefits of physical performance, sleep, as well as our general health. This section of your course is 2 hours long and involves food diary data collection, a nutrition workshop and several short telephone calls to discuss progress and discuss next steps. Depending upon your needs we can be flexible on the level of support you may desire or require.


Building your resilience

In life, you will encounter challenge and disruption. How you manage this is known as your resilience. Some people are better at managing it than others. We believe that through training and practice, individuals can learn to understand, manage, and strengthen their own responses to challenge and change. Our goal is to help you thrive, not just survive, when under pressure. This course is 3 – 4 hours long, split into three sessions. An online questionnaire, a live online workshop, and a 1 hour coaching call.

Physical exercise and movement


There is no doubt about the role that physical exercise plays in our overall wellbeing. Exercise has been proven to positively impact our physical, mental and emotional capabilities, and as such we build exercise into all of our courses. We understand that for many, exercise is already part of your daily routine, and for others it may not. So whilst we will involve exercise in all our courses we can be flexible to your needs and wants. We will happily create a workout schedule for you and even run short online classes to ensure you work with the correct technique.

Values and purpose

Have you ever spent time defining your personal values and creating your own purpose statement? Most people haven’t, its just not something we spend time doing for ourselves. In this short course we will review and define our individual values. We will also ask ourselves some deeper questions about the values we hold close and once your answers have been found you will develop your own life purpose statement. This session is 1-2 hours long and involves a live workshop with discussion.
