We believe that through training and practice, individuals can learn to understand, manage, and strengthen their own responses to challenge and change. Our goal is to help you thrive, not just survive, when under pressure. This course is 3 – 4 hours long, split into three sessions. An online questionnaire, a live online workshop, and a 1 hour coaching call.
